Great taste and good value.

The meals are wonderful. We were very pleasantly surprised by the taste and at how filling they are. We'll definitely be buying Backpackers Pantry again. As far as the exact usefulness of the kit.. We found it to be more than enough food for two people if you are planning to bring any snacks or trail food in addition. Also, keep in mind that not all the meals are "just add water" some take some additional work to prepare but its not unreasonable and the food quality is excellent.
