Fiddleback Forge Bow Legged Joe Knife A2 Steel
Fiddleback Forge Bow Legged Joe w/ Carmel Linen Handles and A2 Blade Steel (Custom)
The Bow Legged Joe is just as odd of a little knife as the name would suggest. The cleaver-like blade shape of the Joe, coupled with the short arched handle, doesn't look the part of an every day carry knife...but looks can be deceiving. The super sharp point, a flat blade and swept back handle make it as good at chopping vegetables as it does opening packages. You'll love using this little guy for everything...and enjoy a nice grin every time someone asks "what the hell is that?"
It may very well be the perfect knife for every day carry, as long as you don't mind having something a little different.
PLEASE READ: This knife information and pictures represents the actual knife sold and custom built by Fiddleback Forge. Quantity is limited and each knife is handmade making this a unqiue and hard to find.

Who is Andy Roy? Andy has a unique way of blending style and function into his knives. The visual appeal makes you want to pick it up and the great feel of the knife makes you want to use it.
As a tool maker, Andy focuses a lot of effort on handle designs. His signature handle styles have really been a key part of his success as a knife maker. Andy focuses on making the most comfortable handle youメve ever held. It is important to him that you can hold the knife in a variety of positions comfortably and do hard work with the blade for an extended period of time. He also is a firm believer that the handle has to index the knife in your hand, so that however you hold it, you will always know where the edge is without having to look. This is very important when doing work with a knife in areas where you cannot see the blade such as when reaching inside the body cavity of a large animal when field dressing it. The great handle function of Andyメs knives works with his excellent blade designs to create a top performing cutting tool. Yes, Andy's knives look great, are comfortable to use and they perform great, but thereメs another important featureナ they are durable as well!
