Knives of Alaska Bush Camp Knife D2 (USA)

I own this particular knife along with a variety of other Knives of Alaska. This is a top quality knife. The steel in the blade is high quality and holds a razor edge. The handle is hardened rubber and solid. The knife is well balanced and the sheath of top quality soft leather. This knife is pricy but it of lifetime quality. I highly recommend this and any Knife of Alaska!

I’m really surprised no other knife maker has a model like this. It’s big enough to qualify as a Survival knife but small enough to take with you everywhere outdoors and not feel like your carrying a pry bar. The blade is the right thickness to pound on but delicate enough for fish processing and wood carving. The blade steel is D2 done right. Knives of Alaska is a US company so quality is good and price is fair

Great knife. It is well made and retains an edge. I bought it for elk hunting where I needed a larger knife that would not go dull quickly while field dressing and boning out the animal. I like the hole in the handle because the user can tie some colored rope to it making it easier to see in the grass if they set it down while working.

The Knives of Alaska Bush Camp knife is one of the best all-around knives I've come across. It is a quality full tang blade made of super strong D2 steel that only requires a bit of oil and a wipe down if working in wet conditions. This knife is a great survival-bushcraft tool that is razor sharp and is an excellent companion on a hunt or any outdoor excursion. This knife is made in the USA. As a 20 year military man serving in the USMC, I would also recommend this knife for a deployment. This knife is so good I would trust my life with it in the bush. This knife will last and will be handed down to my son someday!
