Sourced from the Ariège in the French Pyrenées, the large natural sharpening stone has a fine grain. Made of schistose sandstone, it effortlessly sharpens knives and restores their sharp, cutting edge. It is 5.5 inches long and is is also part of the full maintenance kit that we sell.

Instructions: Wet the stone with water before use.

Recommended for all Kitchen and Folding knives.
