Lightweight design with great features
This pack has been designed to carry just as well hiking at 3 miles per hour as it does riding a bike downhill at 30 mph.
Bottom Line: Great Day Bag
I normally use a regular backpack for hiking but it wasn’t good for allowing air to flow so my back was always sweaty. I figured it was time to get a true day bag so I decided to try this Osprey 11 since I already own an Osprey 40 and could use the water bladder from that in the day bag. I’ve taken this a few hikes and a few trail runs and it met the need although running with water swishing isn’t ideal. If you’re looking for a nice day bag, consider this one.
Cons:
- expensive ($90)
- missing the strap magnet for my bladder tube
Pros:
- nicely built
- durable
- light weight
- plenty of pockets
- good size for a day bag
