The Benchmade 9400 is a wicked-fast update from the well-loved 940 AXIS Lock knife. With 20 years of life under its belt, the timeless design of the 940 takes a radical leap into the push-button automatic world. Intended to maintain the stylings and dimensions that made the original 940 an iconic EDC design, the 9400 Auto is as true to form as it gets, despite the addition of a push-button auto mechanism. It doesn't have to be tactical to be practical, and this knife screams practicality.

This knife features the same tough, functional, EDC-friendly Osborne design we've loved for decades, with a plunge lock and coil spring action. The handle is made with a 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum handle and a premium CPM-S30V reverse tanto blade.
