Guardian Tactical RECON-035 93521 Stonewash Tanto Auto Knife
The Guardian Tactical Recon-035 sets the industry standard for OTG Automatics a lot higher. With its patented OTF mechanism, opening and closing this blade is significantly smoother and very strong. Their new locking mechanism doesn't touch the blade in motion thereby reducing friction and wear. The thumb slide utilizes a steel plate and ceramic balls to eliminate typical OTF wear on the aluminum handle.
The Recon-035 Double-Action Automatic has an overall length of 8” and a closed length of 4.5". The 3.375" fine edge, Tanto-point blade is made of Stonewash finished S35VN stainless steel. The Black Type lll Hardcoat Anodized Aluminum handle is approx. 7/16" thick and has milled traction slots for a non-slip grip. The satin thumb slide rides on a stainless steel plate with ceramic balls to reduce friction. It features all satin hardware with a Stonewash, serial numbered pocket clip for tip-down carry. It also has a lanyard hole.
