Silver Stag Bullnose Butcher & Carver Elk D2 Fixed Blade Knife
This crossover Butcher & Carver design is excellent for sectioning, skinning, and trimming meat. The thin razor-sharp blade also works well for carving and boning meats. When dicing meats or vegetables with the blade flat and level to a cutting board, your hand (knuckles) has clearance over the cutting board.
Features D2 Steel Manufactured in Full-Tang construction. Elk or Moose scale slabs are cut, polished, and pinned through the blade tang to give the knife superb control and balance. The blades are heat treated to a 60 Rockwell Hardness. Our Slab Series Designs are guaranteed to provide the hardcore sportsmen with one of most practical and durable knifes ever used. These are a “must have” for the professional sportsman. A high quality leather sheath is included.
