Can one say that a knife can attain cult status? If not, Mora 2000 comes very close to it. When a hunter or fisherman talks about their “Mora” they are most likely referring to this model. With its profile ground blade of stainless steel and the rubberized grip, it’s understandable that it has shown up on hunting towers, by forest tarns, and next to campfires around Sweden and the world since it was first introduced at the beginning of the 90’s.

Mora Sweden 2000 Knife

Took this knife out on a jungle trek this weekend. I grabbed a piece of monkey pod wood which is extremely hard and carved out a spoon. The blade held up extremely well and literally within 3 swipes in each direction across the wet stone I was shaving with it. If you are a avid outdoorsman this is a must have. The sheath is amazing, the grip on this beast is hands down one of my favorites, and the sandvic stainless is in my opinion the best on the market. Do yourself a favor and buy this one.
