TOPS Apache Falcon Knife

I have several TOPS knives, and this one like the others didn't disappoint...It is built very rugged and will provide years of reliable use. It might not be made from some of the "exotic" metals, but so what!!! For the price of TOPS brand knives you won't be disappointed. If you hunt or use a knife for everyday needs you won't find a better USA made brand...

've had this knife for a couple of weeks now and I don't have one single complaint about it. I'm an armed guard and I actually carry this knife horizontally across the back of my gun belt in a kydex sheath. It gets a few looks from the knuckleheads I'm hired to protect the employees of the store from, but that's just a bonus in my opinion. I'm certain that if I ever have to use it to get some idiot off of me it'll do the job easily. I beat up on it a little when I first got it to see if it had any weak spots and couldn't find any. Heck, you can't really tell I beat up on it just by looking at it. Kinda embarrassing, guess I'm getting old. I honestly can't recommend this knife enough. If you want a fairly big knife that'll be around long after you aren't give this one a shot.

The knife itself made by TOPS exudes quality, right from their grip which will never slip out, to the coating on the blade which despite abuse on the first day, still managed to emerge unscathed after I used the knife to prune a large tree in front of my house. I accidentally broke the sheath buckle but TOPs sent me a replacement immediately, no questions asked. The knife is quite a weighty specimen, Heavier than my PUMA outdoors and much heavier than my first run SOG SK2000, but in being so, it packs quite a punch, both as a combat blade as well as a utility knife. It is now my primary knife, replacing my Ghurka issue Kukri which was always a pain getting through airports. I would not hesitate recommending TOPs knives to anybody as their designs are not just user friendly, but look great too!! The nylon sheath is also great, silent and its molle compatible strap system lets it be worn or mounted in a variety of ways. The front pocket easily fits a simple sharpener and survival kit. Great Package. I will be purchasing more TOPs products.
